Membership Application for Monitors Club

Individuals who desire membership in the Monitors Club must be sponsored by an active member of the Club.  Prospective members are expected to be graduates of a reputable institution of higher learning, to be active in professional, civic, social or fraternal organizations, and to assume an active roll in the functions of the Club.
